Return & Refund Policy

At Primelife Supplements, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns:

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee:

• A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
